Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Able to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in POS systems
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
Current alcohol and food handling certifications that meet state requirements
Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with crew
Excellent customer service skills
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
