Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bartending role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards
- Serve guests responsibly and with genuine hospitality
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate drink orders
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the bar
- Ensure health and safety standards for team and guests are met
- Build guest intent to return through attentive service
