Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Legal authorization to work in the country
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
Good physical stamina
No prior criminal record related to alcohol service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of drink mixing techniques and bar equipment is a plus
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to Applebee's specifications
Interact with guests to ensure excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Assist in creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere
