- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- physical capability to perform repetitive motions, lift and carry heavy items, and stand for extended periods
- strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance
- reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent shift coverage
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending training programs
- knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends
- experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during busy periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils
- engage with guests to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience
- handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing tabs
- monitor guest behavior to identify and address any safety or service issues promptly
- collaborate with team members to manage inventory and restock as needed during shifts
- adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to alcohol service
