Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-5 years relevant bartending experience preferred
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience preferred not required
- TABC certification or willing to obtain
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills
- Works well with others
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Opening/closing the bar
- Maintaining bar cleanliness
- Providing fast and friendly service
- Accurately and efficiently entering orders into POS system
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
