Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to handle protective equipment such as face coverings and hand coverings throughout the shift
- willingness to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- availability for flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bartending or food service experience is a plus
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- provide friendly and courteous service to customers and staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- create a positive and enjoyable bar environment
