Job Requirements

Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
Stands during entire shift
Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off floor and wipe down booth seats
Transports glass racks cases up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
Must have ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as bartender or mixologist preferred
Ability to operate bar equipment
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area

Job Duties

Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following company specifications
Operates blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment
Stands for the entire duration of the shift
Cleans and maintains bar area including wiping down tabletops, seats, and picking up debris
Transports glass racks and cases weighing up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift
Reads, writes, uses basic math skills, and communicates verbally with guests and team members
Engages guests to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere
