Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems
- Willingness to learn and follow safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training new bartenders and team members
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
