Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for long periods
legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

prior experience as bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation
enthusiasm for creating enjoyable guest experiences
basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
engage with guests to provide excellent customer service
promote featured beverages and specials
ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
handle cash and process payments accurately
restock bar inventory as needed
