Job Duties
- Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar customers
- preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- mixing classic and innovative cocktails
- communicating with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- nurturing guests to provide an exceptional guest experience
- making menu recommendations based on guests' needs and preferences
- upselling additional products when appropriate
- checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
- taking orders using order slips and correctly entering into POS
- communicating order details to the kitchen staff
- keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
