Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience preferred
must be of legal age to serve alcohol
ability to stand for long periods
good communication skills
ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
basic math skills for handling payments

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in bartending or a similar role preferred
knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes
excellent customer service skills
ability to handle cash and POS systems
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

setup bar for operation
maintain bar cleanliness and organization
take drink orders from guests and servers
prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes
mix ingredients for cocktails
serve wine and beer
take food orders from guests
ring food and drink orders in the POS system
collect payments and make change
wash glassware
prepare drink garnishes
follow procedures to prevent over service or serving minors
