Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage recipes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
Job Duties
- Handcraft imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
- Guide guests through beverage and food menus and provide recommendations
- Take accurate drink orders and serve guests responsibly
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
- Adhere to health and safety standards including sanitation and team member wellness
- Build positive guest relationships to encourage return visits
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies
