Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a bartender preferred
strong customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of beverage preparation standards
attention to detail

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and limited replenishment of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests, and invite them back
follow all food safety regulations
