Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
physical stamina to stand for extended periods
effective verbal communication skills
basic cash handling experience
willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to multitask and stay organized
positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service

Job Duties

mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following company specifications
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
interact with guests to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere
manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
handle transactions and process payments accurately
adhere to health and safety regulations
support team members during peak hours
