Job Requirements

Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of drink preparation and mixology
Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area

Commitment to health and safety regulations related to alcohol service

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting

Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems

Knowledge of various drink recipes sales techniques and catering services within the restaurant industry

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner taking orders and providing recommendations
Operate cash registers and POS systems for processing transactions
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies restocking as necessary
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar
Adhere to all health and safety regulations including responsible alcohol service practices
