Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional beverages in an energetic atmosphere to guests
- Provide full menu service while maintaining clean surroundings
- Lead the team in upholding responsible alcohol service standards
- Support with executing to-go experiences
- Create authentic connections with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies
