Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bartending experience preferred
- Must be 21 years old to pour alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- Successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training and passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
- Adheres to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling materials
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to follow legal and safety guidelines related to alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bartending experience preferred
- Successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training and passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
- Knowledge of beverage recipes and standard drink mixes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale systems proficiently
- Adherence to company appearance standards
Job Duties
- Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
- Mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft beer, bottled beer, wine and liquor according to procedure/recipe and restaurant specifications
- Perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Point-of-Sale system
- Communicate with guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
- Reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals
- Maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
- Other side duties assigned by management such as taking out linen, restocking, checking restrooms, refilling ice, and assisting other front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Have an aptitude for driving sales through cultivation of new guests and retention of current guests
