Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be legal drinking age
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift moderate weight
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience as bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • basic math skills for handling cash and measurements
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
  • engage with guests to create authentic and enjoyable experiences
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • check identification to ensure legal drinking age
  • comply with all health and safety regulations
  • restock bar inventory as needed
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
