Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
legal age to serve alcohol
prior experience as bartender, bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
good interpersonal skills
ability to handle cash responsibly

Job Duties

mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
engage with guests to ensure a positive experience and build connections
handle cash and process transactions accurately
restock bar inventory and supplies
comply with health and safety regulations
assist with opening and closing duties of the bar area
