Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to attend open interviews Monday through Thursday 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass alcohol service training and certification
- Basic knowledge of customer service practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Positive and friendly attitude
Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to Applebee's specifications
- Provide excellent customer service and engage guests effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Manage cash and process payments accurately
- Assist in inventory monitoring and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
