Job Requirements
- prior experience as bartender preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal age to serve alcohol
- flexible availability including nights and weekends
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus
- strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company specifications
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- engage guests with friendly and attentive service
- monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- handle cash and process transactions accurately
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- assist in training new bar staff
