Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legal age and certification to serve alcoholic beverages where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality to all guests by providing exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touch points regularly
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
