Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good sense of balance and physical agility
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to submit to background check
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cashier responsibilities
- Knowledge of beverage types and preparation techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve all soft drinks, specialty cocktails, beer, and wine according to UP On The Roof specifications
- Provide timely and quality beverages to the service staff
- Perform cashier duties for bar guests and service staff
- Serve guests at the bar top and tables in the bar section
- Lift, handle, and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, and guests
- Maintain physical stamina to stand and move for periods up to four hours
