Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • TABC Certification for serving alcohol
  • Texas Food Handlers Certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area)

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
