Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC Certification for serving alcohol
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 35 pounds
- Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area)
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
