Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to interact politely and effectively with guests
- Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties
- Mixing and serving drinks to bar guests with enthusiasm
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area including guest touch points
- Providing excellent customer service through friendly interaction and great conversation
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of liquor and menu items
- Encouraging repeat business by making guests feel welcomed and valued
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Assisting in inventory control and restocking when needed
