Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate Micros system and manage credit card and cash transactions accurately
- Exceptional communication skills with guests and team members
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Ability to smile frequently and maintain a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food and drink menu items and preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to manager's attention
