Job Duties

  • Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
  • use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
  • build positive, professional relationships with guests
  • bring unruly guest behavior to the attention of the manager
  • promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
  • support and assist team members
  • set-up, maintain and operate the bar
  • adhere to standardized recipes and department rules and procedures
  • prepare garnishes to ensure freshness and quality
  • take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
  • ensure the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the table or guest
  • collect payment and make correct change
  • follow opening, closing and cleaning checklists on a daily basis
  • maintain displays of liquor and glasses
  • check guest identification to confirm minimum age of 40 years for alcohol consumption
  • follow guidelines of responsible alcohol service
  • ensure PCI credit card compliance
  • unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
  • perform other duties as assigned
