Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred prior experience as bartender or mixologist
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
  • Engage with guests to provide exceptional service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar
  • Promote a fun and energetic atmosphere in the restaurant
  • Support team members during peak hours
