Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move around the facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand for 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- Skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Able to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- Ability to follow company dress code and maintain a neat appearance
- Ability to operate Micros system
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team members
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Maintain personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess Guest demeanor and alert Manager as needed
- Follow bar recipes for consistent product and cost control
- Keep station clean and set up or take down station tables
- Greet Guests promptly and in a friendly manner
- Accurately take food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- Enter orders into Micros system correctly
- Responsible for sales on personal Micros keys
- Demonstrate ability to operate Micros and handle money accurately
- Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Participate in sales incentives and contests
- Complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Assist in party set up and breakdown
- Assist other Team members as needed
- Buss and reset tables
- Ensure ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drink levels
- Maintain favorable working relationships with Team members
- Listen and communicate effectively with Guests and Team
- Be friendly and smile frequently
