Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- possess a food/beverage service worker permit if applicable
- previous bartending experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- meet minimum legal age for bartending
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- fluency in English
Job Qualifications
- prefer one year of bartending experience
- food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- display knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- craft and serve a variety of drinks to guests
- provide exceptional customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- educate guests about menu items and drink specials
- handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- comply with all safety and sanitation policies
