Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology is a plus
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Create a great bar experience for customers
- Communicate effectively with staff and patrons
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bar area
- Handle and transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, bar, and kitchen
- Provide friendly and approachable service to both staff and customers
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols including the use of protective coverings and frequent hand washing
