Job Requirements
- Open availability
- 2-4 years of restaurant experience
- experience in fine dining preferred
- ability to work professionally with guests and team members
- capacity to complete opening and closing duties
- ability to report to work on time and in full uniform
Job Qualifications
- A passion for food, wine and service
- a strong sense of urgency
- superior communication skills
- knowledge of tableside etiquette
- focus on hospitality and guest rapport alongside development of a regular clientele
- rigorous attention to detail
- bartending experience
- fine dining restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Break down bar
- lock up liquor
- store fruit and juices properly
- accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order
- make cocktails in accordance with beverage standards using standard jigger
- work professionally with all guests and fellow associates
- prepare beverage requisition for liquor
- create a pleasant, friendly, hospitable, effective and professional working atmosphere at all times
- inform all guests of food and beverage and bar promotional activities
- maintain a flexible work schedule in accordance with business demands of the club
- complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist
- carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing
- report to work on time and in full uniform
- check and replace glassware where needed
- stock and replenish ice at all ice stations
