Job Requirements

must be 21 years of age or older
availability to work within open hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

minimum one year bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
high school diploma or GED required
proficiency in POS systems
strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
ability to communicate verbally in Spanish with the crew
excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
