Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • availability to work within open hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
  • current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • ability to communicate verbally in Spanish with the crew
  • excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • crafting a variety of cocktails from classic to innovative creations
  • maintaining a clean and organized bar station
  • providing friendly and engaging customer service
  • processing transactions accurately using POS systems
  • adhering to state alcohol and food safety regulations
  • communicating effectively with the team including Spanish-speaking crew members
  • assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies
