Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and be active for long periods
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet Players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they will love
- Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll
- Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver top-notch service by going the extra inch-ensuring every Player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf Way
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment
- Live the Topgolf core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring every day
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance Player experiences
- Maintain smooth operations throughout the shift including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies
