Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- required to maintain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where applicable
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of performing various active physical tasks throughout the shift
- ability to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
- previous bartending experience

- Previous bartending experience in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- ability to handle a fast-paced and popular environment calmly

Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality
- create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks
- upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate visits
- mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready by cleaning glassware and ensuring smooth operations
- collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver top-notch service and ensure every Player feels like a VIP
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment
