Job Requirements

- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to a manager
- Follow all bar recipes to deliver consistent product, control costs and maximize guest satisfaction
- Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables
- Greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Accurately take guests' food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough understanding of menu items and answer questions
- Enter orders into Micros quickly and properly
- Responsible for sales on personal Micros keys and completing station side work
- Demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes and conduct credit card transactions
- Ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to bar areas and restaurant sections
- Work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in and full hands out philosophy
- Participate in incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand
- Complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- Complete opening and closing duties in a timely manner
- Assist in party set up and breakdown
- Assist other team members as needed
- Buss and reset tables
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter and responding to guest needs
- Maintain favorable working relationship with team members to promote cooperative and harmonious climate
- Listen to guests' orders and communicate verbally and via Micros system
- Be friendly and smile frequently
- Preferred restaurant and/or bar experience
- Skilled in effective communication to generate enthusiasm about experience
- Ability to read and communicate in English
