Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Must meet state minimum legal age for alcohol service
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Good manual dexterity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain Serve Safe certification
Job Qualifications
- Requires at least 2 years of closely related bartending experience
- Work experience in high volume dining restaurant environment preferred
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to interact with members, guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Ability to secure Serve Safe certification
- RBS certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests at the bar
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including craft cocktails, in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, glassware, and equipment
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deal appropriately with intoxicated guests
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other bar staff and kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
- Uphold the club's standards of professionalism, hospitality, and member satisfaction
