Job Requirements

At least 2 years of bartending experience
Knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Must meet state minimum legal age for alcohol service
Ability to stand for extended periods
Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Good manual dexterity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain Serve Safe certification

Job Qualifications

Requires at least 2 years of closely related bartending experience
Work experience in high volume dining restaurant environment preferred
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
Requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation
Strong hospitality skills with the ability to interact with members, guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
Ability to secure Serve Safe certification
RBS certification is a plus

Job Duties

Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests at the bar
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including craft cocktails, in accordance with established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, glassware, and equipment
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deal appropriately with intoxicated guests
Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with other bar staff and kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
Uphold the club's standards of professionalism, hospitality, and member satisfaction
