Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service with friendly conversation and enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touch points
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixology
- Ensure compliance with all safety and liquor laws
- Build and maintain rapport with guests to encourage repeat business
- Manage multiple orders while maintaining high service standards
