Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and drink presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems
- Familiarity with local alcohol regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods
- Attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders, provide recommendations, and engage in conversation to enhance the overall customer experience
- Verify the age of customers to ensure they meet legal requirements for alcohol service
- Adhere to local and state laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene when necessary to prevent overconsumption
- Refuse service to customers showing signs of intoxication and handle such situations diplomatically
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the drink menu, including specials and promotions
- Educate customers on different types of beverages and make suggestions based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the accurate measurement of ingredients and maintain consistency in drink quality
- Stay updated on current trends in mixology and experiment with new recipes
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and develop unique drink offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure that the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders
- Ensure timely service by working closely with the serving staff
