Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • meet minimum age requirements

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • prepare all drinks to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system
  • ensure guests are well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
