Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- meet minimum age requirements
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- prepare all drinks to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system
- ensure guests are well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
