Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
bartending experience preferred
must be 21 years old to pour alcohol or as state regulations dictate
successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems and menu
passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
adherence to Logan's Roadhouse appearance standards
ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, kneeling, handling objects, fingering, reaching, squatting, climbing, and stooping
ability to see clearly at far and near distances, distinguish colors, hear, speak clearly, and use touch effectively

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
bartending experience preferred
knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol safety regulations
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to complete company-required training and pass alcohol certification within 60 days of employment

Job Duties

Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft beer, bottled beer, wine and liquor according to procedure/recipe and restaurant specifications
perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Point-of-Sale system
communicate with guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals
maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
assist with other duties assigned by management such as restocking, cleaning and supporting FOH and BOH team members
