Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- bartending experience preferred
- must be 21 years old to pour alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems and menu
- passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
- adherence to Logan's Roadhouse appearance standards
- ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, kneeling, handling objects, fingering, reaching, squatting, climbing, and stooping
- ability to see clearly at far and near distances, distinguish colors, hear, speak clearly, and use touch effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol safety regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to complete company-required training and pass alcohol certification within 60 days of employment
Job Duties
- Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
- mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft beer, bottled beer, wine and liquor according to procedure/recipe and restaurant specifications
- perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Point-of-Sale system
- communicate with guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
- reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals
- maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
- assist with other duties assigned by management such as restocking, cleaning and supporting FOH and BOH team members
