Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • bartending experience preferred
  • must be 21 years old to pour alcohol or as state regulations dictate
  • successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems and menu
  • passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
  • adherence to Logan's Roadhouse appearance standards
  • ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, kneeling, handling objects, fingering, reaching, squatting, climbing, and stooping
  • ability to see clearly at far and near distances, distinguish colors, hear, speak clearly, and use touch effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • bartending experience preferred
  • knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol safety regulations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • ability to complete company-required training and pass alcohol certification within 60 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
  • mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft beer, bottled beer, wine and liquor according to procedure/recipe and restaurant specifications
  • perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Point-of-Sale system
  • communicate with guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
  • reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals
  • maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
  • assist with other duties assigned by management such as restocking, cleaning and supporting FOH and BOH team members
