Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of previous bartending experience in fine dining restaurants
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Attention to detail
- Spirits and wine knowledge
- Adaptability in high volume, fast-paced environments
- Ability to follow instructions
- Passion for hospitality
- Valid Responsible Beverage Server certification
- Able to work various hours and days as business dictates

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and mixed drinks to standard recipes
- Interact positively with guests by providing timely and friendly service
- Multi-task efficiently including taking orders, delivering food, cleaning, cashiering, receiving, and stocking products
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow instructions and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required
