Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience with bartending in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Applebee's specifications
- Serve food and beverages directly to guests while ensuring exceptional customer service
- Create personal connections with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage order accuracy and timely delivery of drinks and food
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
