Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience in hospitality, restaurant, or private club setting
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude with focus on customer service
- Preferred TIPS or ServSafe certification
- Ability to multitask and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks ensuring quality and consistency
- Engage with residents and guests providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area compliant with health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and following guidelines
- Assist with special events including themed nights and community gatherings
- Collaborate with property management to align bar operations with community events and resident expectations
