Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old per state law
Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
Physical ability to remain on feet and exert mobility for up to four hours
Capability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
Willingness to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap
Commitment to making a positive impact in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Friendly and approachable personality
Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and protective gear
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests
