- valid food/alcohol certification or ability to obtain
- able to stand for 10 hours
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
- good hearing
- able to read, write and speak English

Job Duties
- taking orders and delivering food and beverage to guests
- making all alcoholic beverages for the service staff
- providing guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints
- creating stunning, handcrafted cocktails that align with brand recipes
- promoting products to guests with extensive knowledge on food, beverage and promotional menus
- maintaining financial accountability during their shift, including consistent bar inventories
- ensuring bars are ready to serve guests by stocking and opening all bar supplies
- abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws
