Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible beverage service certification required for California positions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service
- Efficiently craft every drink to perfection using proper safety, tools, and recipe standards
- Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting various restaurant areas as needed
- Provide expertise and support to servers on beverage selections and offerings
- Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
