Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Responsible beverage service certification required for California positions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Knowledge of responsible beverage service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service
  • Efficiently craft every drink to perfection using proper safety, tools, and recipe standards
  • Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
  • Demonstrate teamwork by supporting various restaurant areas as needed
  • Provide expertise and support to servers on beverage selections and offerings
  • Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
