  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Upsell and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
