Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws
- Physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender or in a similar role

Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders and serve guests with attentive service
- Ensure the bar is stocked and cleaned
- Maintain health and safety standards in the bar area
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for guests
- Support team member wellness and sanitation practices
