Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 pounds
  • ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
  • frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus
  • ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification for California (can be completed within 60 days of start)

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to bar customers guided by their preferences
  • craft drinks efficiently and safely adhering to recipe and safety standards
  • maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
  • support other restaurant areas as business needs arise, demonstrating teamwork
  • offer expertise and assistance to servers regarding beverage selections
  • adhere to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
