Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 pounds
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus
- ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service certification for California (can be completed within 60 days of start)

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to bar customers guided by their preferences
- craft drinks efficiently and safely adhering to recipe and safety standards
- maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
- support other restaurant areas as business needs arise, demonstrating teamwork
- offer expertise and assistance to servers regarding beverage selections
- adhere to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
